Had a search around for a suitable (free) host for Podcasts. I had tried OurMedia where I have movies stored but seem to have some technical difficulties with the site.
However, seems to have resolved the problems. Here is a podcast made by some pgde students who learned about and created this in 1 hour

During the next three sessions you will be creating your own media files – movies and podcasts. We will then be embedding these into this blog (and yours to if you so wish!)

Below is a link to a video hosted at Google videos. You can use this or YouTube to upload your video to.

I will have a search and find a good host site for the podcasts. If you come across one, please let me know.
